Stupid Human Trick
These videos remind me of when I spent a lot of time on Youtube from 2005-2007. I got to be quite good at figuring out who would be a hit on Youtube someday. I knew about most of these people while they were still getting just 1000 views per video instead of 100,000+. It's such a stupid human trick; knowing that someone has the talent to go far before they do. It's not hard to figure out the formula: pretty woman + something interesting to say to keep you watching = youtube celeb. I just wish I could use this skill for something useful besides bragging rights. I never even talked to most people on youtube, and I had no video camera myself back in the day. Plus I know I don't really want the fame. Still, I'm filled with a strange regret about just watching it all go by.

it's all singers over here.
That's a cool trick. I don't really have any tricks. man
shoot. maybe i should pursue youtube fame. ha.
I think I'd rather get famous the old-fashined way..
the girl in the first video has an incredible voice. oh man. I'd buy her album.
I loved the red-haired girl's description of her dream.... the gradual realization that she's BSing made me literally laugh out loud.
So you would make a good casting director or maybe agent because you could pick the winners. Only two of those held my attention but then I'm a woman so the whole cute girl trick doesn't really work for me.
i like my dream better than the redheads! but i do also like the first video, she sings amazingly.
umm... so not true... i could only pay attention to the funny/exciting ones: meekakitty, ijustine, and that skydiving one. haha the rest are borrrrringg....
