Lurker Amnesty Day
It's a blogger tradition to hold one day a year where my readers who feel shy about commenting can comment without fear and admit to their lurking, ha. So if you are one of my quiet or infrequent readers, who doesn't comment as often if at all, so state! Only rare commenters today, please--you frequent fans can take the day off.
I last did this in 2008, I think. I wonder how my life would be different if I had made good on my idea to go to another blog site then? Ah, the past is a fascinating thing to study.

HI! Rare commenter
I think I'm on the fence between frequent commentator and lurker, so I'll post here just in case! XP
I usually say something if no-one has said it before or if something immediately comes to mind.
Happy Lurker's Day! XP
I prefer the term "skulker".
Not sure where I land on this, cuz I don't comment on every post, and but I do certainly read most of them.
So semi-rare commenter makes an appearance.
@barefoot_nomad - @Renaissance_Phoenix - I meep at both of you. Meep meep!
I think I count as a rare commenter here.
Hmmm, am I a lurker...? How often do I comment on your site? I am not sure. I don't do much with regularity.
I always lurk via RSS...
@James D - The...HCS man? HE LIVES?! way too cool.
Glad you're still around, good fellow.
This amused me. I think it's a neat idea. I always wonder about the lurkers.
Man -- it is REALLY funny that I am checking Xanga today for the first time in forever. You got my number Mr. Greek.
I can't keep up. I comment.
Despite my recent surge in commenting activity, I think I still qualify as a lurker. I lurk around your posts on a regular basis.
"Lurk" in its verb form sounds really weird and icky.
i don't go on as much as i used to, but i'm still around, lol
