So I know I'm SUPER LATE at this, but when @Coffee_Kaioken and @burn_journal and @Iamwavess tagged me too, I had to act. Here are 7 random facts about me, to bore you to death. No tags, photos, or other, I think everyone has already done this by now.
1. When I was 15, I got left behind at a rest stop by the large group I was traveling with because I stopped to look at baseball cards in the shop instead of paying attention. I called my parents and started to enjoy myself thinking of various entertaining scenarios, and was rather disappointed when the group returned.
2. I used to believe I was bad luck for any group I joined. The final tally includes 3 private schools and 1 graduate school program closing after I attended there, and four student clubs that were healthy until at/near the time I joined.
3. I'm not quite agoraphobic, but I dislike large crowds of people related to almost anything. In fact, if a Xanga blog friend of mine suddenly starts getting a lot of comments, I'll cut back my own commenting on his/her site.
4. I am a bit obsessive in reading about sports. I love analyzing and chatting about games. I don't do it here because I feel like most Xangans care less, but especially when I lived in Cleveland, I was obsessed.
5. The other side of 3. is that I love underdogs in all areas of life. I always cheer for the side that I don't think has as many fans in sports. I was a very confused Cavs fan when we had Lebron--wait, now WE have the best player? Totally confused!
6. I used to want to be a psychologist, but I felt that after a while, knowing how and why people do what they do might have a corrupting effect on me. So now I just end up playing amateur psychologist on my friends, ha.
7. I am quite good at deciphering meaning from text (book, conversation) but awful at reading body language and even at times understanding verbal commands. Thankfully I didn't enter the military!
8. You tell me something you learned about me by meeting me or interacting with me.

Um, I tagged you, too! But really, interesting stuff.
Too many ppl have commented here. I can't say my thoughts.
What sports do you like? Aw man I just got to number 5, I don't think we'd get along sports wise
. I'm a fan of everything New York sports.
I wanted to me a psychologist too! My freshman year I was a psychology major actually. I quickly realized that was not the career for me though.
@AgainstTheWind1 - Yeah, I'm kind of a crowd.
i learned that you are a procrastination connoisseur.
@burn_journal - Ok, who are you really?! When did you meet me? haha
@rachelbachel32 - Stop intimidating AgainstTheWind! haha
@AgainstTheWind1 - Well-played!
@oxlorixo - See, everyone wants to be a psychologist at some point! And we can compromise on the New York Knicks. I don't like them as much as the Cavs, but I always had a soft spot for the Knicks.
This is really interesting. Some of it I wouldn't have guessed from reading your posts.
Um...what have I learned? You're a thoughtful person. It seems like you really consider an issue before you post about it.
@Pickwick12 - It's why I dislike these 7-facts type posts. I feel like who I am doesn't really fit how I post at times, and people have to grapple with the dissonance.
@GreekPhysique - Oh, I think that's true of most if not all of us. Keeps life interesting
Dear John, we can talk about sports all day forever
I still want to marry you.
1. When that happened, mom got mad at Daniel and I because we rolled on the floor laughing at your predicament.
Sometimes my sense of humor is awkward.
@lanney - I laughed
it was fun!
I like when people do these. When we're online friends with people, we learn a lot about their opinions and activities, but sometimes we don't know some of the inner workings that make them tick. So thanks!
And I thought #5 was funny about Lebron (can't stand him! but he is good).
RE 3-5: I've often thought I should write out something on the group psychology of Cleveland fans. Along the lines of, enjoy every score, take one game at a time, a win is even sweeter when you're in dead last place, etc. Feel free to steal that idea, I'd love to see it happen and as a result of my own blogslothness it hasn't...
as for 8, I know you properly appreciate Bertman's Stadium Mustard.
