Ryan has been gone for over 20 years and I miss him still. Not that we were at all close at the end, I was a Christian the last time I saw him, and he wasn't into talking with me at that point. Last time I saw him was the best, because he knew he was dying and we both dropped our issues with one another. I'm glad at least for that final conversation. I think we allowed ourselves just to care about each other regardless of the opposing philosophies.
